Leeanna London, Office Manager

Leeanna brings years of experience in customer service to Hannon Orthodontics and a great capacity to care for all of our patients and Smilemakers!

Leeanna graduated from Belmont Abbey College, where she majored in Business Administration. Leeanna has many years of experience in managing, event planning, marketing and working in the community that she shares with us on a daily basis. Leeanna, who lives in Belmont with her husband, Shane, enjoys spending time with their sons Carson and Wilson, and other family members who live nearby. Aside from being with family, which is at the top of her list, Leeanna enjoys cooking, photography and being outdoors. We all appreciate Leeanna's joy for working with the Smilemakers at Hannon Orthodontics and her sincere and wonderful care for our patients.



Melissa Davis, Financial Manager

As our very capable and caring Financial Manager, Melissa's meticulous attention to detail assures patients that all financial goals are met on time.

Melissa graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the College of Charleston. Melissa has worked with Hannon Orthodontics full-time for over 7 years and she and her husband, Josh, enjoy spending time with their son, Ethan. Melissa enjoys being a member of the Junior League of Charlotte, running, and spending time with family. Each year, Melissa gives some of her time to run the 5K race in Charlotte for Breast Cancer Awareness.



Melissa Saunders, Senior Treatment Assistant

Melissa has a special way of making all of our patients realize how special they are!

Melissa has over 12 years of experience in the field of dentistry with over 10 years here at Hannon Orthodontics as our Senior Treatment Assistant & Director of Quality Assurance. Serving as Senior Treatment Assistant and Director of Quality Assurance is a pleasure for Melissa who cares for every patient like a family member! Family is a top priority with Melissa and her husband, Mark.  They reside in Stanley to be nearer to those they love.



Sharron Davis, Patient Representative

Sharron's goal is to make each person who enters the doors of Hannon Orthodontics know they are very special and cared for, and that is exactly what she does every single day.

Hannon Orthodontics is fortunate to have Sharron sharing her happy energy & years of serving others. As a longtime flight attendant for Delta Airlines, Sharron has been all over the U.S. She and her husband, Rob, reside in Gastonia and have two grown children, Leeth and Mills. Sharron is also a "Stephen's Minister" at First United Methodist Church in Gastonia. Sharron loves to work on her farm with her horses, exercise, paint and spend time with family & friends.



Linda Sledzewski, Executive Assistant

When you call in for an appointment, you will hear the welcoming voice of Linda Sledzewski, who makes everyone feel that they are indeed the most important person in the world!

Linda has been with Hannon Orthodontics for over 8 years.  In addition to welcoming new patients and offering assistance and support, Linda assists Dr. Hannon with his daily goals. Linda comes to us with numerous years of experience in customer service. Linda loves living in Gastonia with her daughter, Laurie. She enjoys spending time with her young granddaughters.



Alma Bays, Patient Flow Coordinator

You can usually find Alma in our treatment area making sure that everything runs smoothly.

Alma says she feels very fortunate to be a part of the Hannon Orthodontics family of Smilemakers, and she has been sharing her energy with us for 8 years. As a native Californian, Alma married her high school sweetheart, Ron, and they have three children and five grandchildren. Alma & Ron moved to North Carolina from Charleston when Ron completed his military service in the US Navy. Alma enjoys sewing and is the consummate teacher.



Carla Lang, Patient Relations Manager

Our patients feel very taken care of when they meet Carla, our Patient Relations Manager.

Carla shares many years of experience in customer service with our patients and their families at Hannon Orthodontics.  Carla is number one in making sure our office technology runssmoothly and at full speed.  Carla and her husband, Paul, live in Gastonia with their toy poodle, Spencer. In her free time, Carla enjoys reading and spending time with Paul, Spencer, family and friends. Carla and Paul are originally from Abingdon, Virginia, where their families still reside.



Nancy Windley, Treatment Assistant

Nancy, a definite "people-person," makes everyone smile at Hannon Orthodontics!

Nancy has spent 20 years in the field of orthodontics, sharing 10 of those years with Hannon Orthodontics. Nancy has two sons, George and Josh, and a sweet grandson, Andrew. During her free time, Nancy enjoys spending time with family, entertaining others with "clowning," and spending time with people. Nancy is a proud graduate of Appalachian State University where she majored in History and Sociology. and feels it is a pleasure working with Dr. Hannon & the Smilemakers!



Rhonda Kelly, Treatment Assistant

Rhonda Kelly, our Smilemaker and Treatment Assistant, is everywhere in our office, from the treatment area to the lab and sterilization area.

Rhonda is a graduate of Belmont Abbey College and a former teacher and librarian. Rhonda and her husband, Scott, reside in Gastonia where she enjoys scrapbooking and spending time with friends and family. Rhonda has organized our library and is always encouraging us to read and learn more. We love the spirit of learning that Rhonda brings to us each day! Rhonda and Scott are the parents of two beautiful children. Rhonda has been with Hannon Orthodontics for over 8 years and finds great joy in working with a great team and patients.



Kimberly Morton, Treatment Assistant

Kim always goes the extra mile for our patients and her fellow Smilemakers!

After graduating with a Medical Office Administration degree from Gaston College, Kim joined Hannon Orthodontics and has been brightening our days for 8 years now. Kim loves spending time with her family and friends--she especially loves spending time with her son, Brayden. Kim feels the time she spends at Hannon Orthodontics brings exciting new adventures every day.

Carol Hauer, Patient Relations Coordinator

Carol's introduction to Hannon Orthodontics was several years ago when her children were patients of Dr. Hannon's. Dr. Hannon and his Smilemakers made the visits happy times that made an impression on all of the Hauers. It is immensely satisfying for her to now be part of the team that creates a positive experience for so many special people. She loves greeting new patients and watching smiles become even more beautiful! When she is not at work, Carol loves exercising, reading, needlearts and baking. She also enjoys sharing her love of books with residents at Covenant Village several times a month through programs she plans. Carol believes that a sense of humor and a discipline of gratitude are a great combination for contentment!

Crystal Horne, Financial Coordinator

Crystal brings over 10 years of financial experience to Hannon Orthodontics.  Crystal works with patients and their families to find the most convenient ways for them to start treatment.  She is a graduate of Belmont Abbey College.  Crystal lives in Gastonia.  She is married to Brian, who is a teacher and baseball coach at Forestview High School. Crystal and Brian have two beautiful daughters Carey and Alex. They are the joy of their lives and they stay very busy with their sports and other activities.  She loves to spend time with family and friends, shop and go to the movies!

Bridgette Turner, Lab Assistant/Treatment Assistant

Bridgette brings a bubbly personality to the treatment area at Hannon Orthodontics.  Bridgette is our expert on Lab and Sterilization for the clinical team.  Bridgette is a graduate of Central Piedmont Community College and is happy to be working with Hannon Orthodontics.  Bridgette lives with her husband John in Blacksburg SC. She enjoys being with her husband, friends and family. Bridgette also enjoys going to church with her family and friends and singing in the church choir. Bridgette likes riding four wheelers, deer hunting with her husband and dad, fishing, swimming and going shopping.

Joyce Sutton, Customer Service Representative

Joyce brings a positive and enthusiastic spirit to Hannon Orthodontics.  She delivers this energy to our patients when they call our office.  Joyce has spent over 30 years in Customer Service.  Her caring voice is such an asset to our office.  Joyce has a heart for children and truly cares for the well being of each of our patients.  Joyce lives in Belmont with her husband John.  They enjoy spending time with their family and church.  Closest to Joyce's heart is Ashley and Alex, her granddaughters.  Joyce also enjoys reading, going to the movies and working with her flowers.

Krystal Stancil, Treatment Assistant

Krystal is one of our newest members of the Hannon Orthodontics' SmileMakers team.  Krystal graduated from Lake Norman Dental Assistant School.  She joined our team after working a brilliant internship with our office.  She is excited to learn everything she can to make your experience here at Hannon Orthodontics the best that it can be. In her spare time, she and her husband, Jordan, enjoy riding their dirt bikes and four wheelers whenever possible. They also like to spend time hiking and fishing in the mountains with family and friends. Krystal and Jordan live in Dallas, NC with their 2 dogs, Roscoe P and Daisy Mae.
